We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only disappointment was booking the restaurants that needed a reservation. We were only able to book 1 restaurant out of the 4 nights we spent there. Aside from that out stay was great.

The property was excellent and the Royalton staff were awesome…. However, we went on two excursions. The first one caused pain in my wife’s back where we tried to cancel the second excursion. The staff Ms.Deliana was very unprofessional, condescending, as she refused to provide our refund. She wanted my wife to see their doctor…. Upon our arrival back she does have medical documentation and a current MRI….We are currently working with our credit card company and they refund our money and investigating the matter.

We had a great time at the Royalton riviera cancun. Wonderful facilities - great rooms - loads of pools. We had our 12 and 9-year-old kids with us and they really enjoyed both the team Club and the Kids Club. Shout out to some of our favorites - Yazmin, Carolina, Tamara, and Deysi.. our daughter Cami had so much fun spending time with you guys this week and it really made her time here special.
At the restaurants, we loved the service, but appreciated the extra effort of Cesar, Santiago, Rey, Federico, Samuel, and Emmanuel ..
Jorge kept our room tidy and Andy from the onsite Expedia team helped us book our excursions that were so happy with from the resort!
