低於平均 helpful staff. wifi was completely unusable even for basic email. was surprised that for being the “best western at the convention center”, the entire hotel doesn’t have a single iron. not recommended for business travel.

低於平均 When we tried to park (with the pass that we paid for at the front desk) we were told it was “fraudulent” and got harassed by staff until a manager corrected them. Most of the staff has no idea what is going on at the property and this was shown from the beginning to the end of the stay. We were told we would have queen beds but got two singles, check in took over an hour in a line of 4 groups, they couldn’t give us one extra blanket, and they overall just appeared disinterested. Do not stay here unless you absolutely must be close to the convention center!
