We stayed in the family room. Bathroom and shower were upstairs and made it a difficult for my elderly mother to navigate. Other than that, great place to stay. Would stay there again.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillow were not very good. The pool area was awesome. This hotel was in the old area and very close to the palace and all of the very old buildings and churches.
