The reception staff were bit rude during check in. Room smelt really damp and no air conditioning it was turned off by hotel even though they advertise air con available apparently its only available during summer months even though our room was 25c during the night. the room is also in need of a upgrade not even electrical outlets near beds to charge mobiles. The breakfast was awful there was no staff available the food was cold. No Orange juice was empty, no cutlery available, no coffee cups, no bacon, no scrabbled egg and when we went there was still an hour left before breakfast finished so was no excuse. To be really honest for a Mercure hotel by Accor I was really disappointed with this one I would recommend staying away.

Broken bed, unreliable WiFi, leaking shower, unventilated bathroom, and the toilet didn’t flush well. Wouldn’t recommend despite the reasonable rate.

Nice clean room and easy parking

It’s not often you leave a hotel mid way through the booking but this time I did.

Good location, easy parking. 24/7 self checkin check out. Clean and discounted breakfast. Good value for staying

Great location, heaps of off street parking, and good size rooms

Room does not have bathroom amenities. Even coffee is dismal. TV is limited. Too far from the public transport.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had really, was the toilet in our room would not flush. The maintenance person came immediately and fixed it, but the next morning we had the same problem. Obviously a serious plumbing issue. We had to use the toilet in the foyer of the hotel. Apart from that all was okay.

Friendly staff. Parking was easy.
