Pacific Inn is a pleasant place to stay. Very close to Pebble Beach, 17-Mile Drive, Carmel. Easy access to freeways. Clean & spacious rooms with microwave & refrigerator which came in handy. Keyless rooms, just codes. Fast check in & out. Oh yes, important thing—- staff are very helpful & friendly. Would recommend this place!

Unsure based on area but based on reviews, we stayed with zero issues. Neighbors above were loud but not a reason to take away a star. Beds were super comfortable and clean and parking right outside door. I would stay again

Enjoyed my stay. An older facility but clean and I Iiked the shower. Bed and pillows were great. A bit noisy but that is to be expected. I slept great.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that was a little tough was the parking situation but other then that we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to book again in the future.

Very clean room and property. There was ample parking. Staff was kind and helpful.

Very nice alternative to the big chain hotels. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I also appreciated how quiet the place was. That, combined with comfortable beds and pillows, made for good nights of rest.

Shower head wasn’t working properly. Unfortunately, very little water was being released.

It was a pretty basic hotel overall, but we slept well, the room had everything we needed, and the location was good for our needs. The hotel was very pet friendly including an off leash dog area with toys. One big surprise is that the hotel is right on the public transit line, making it easy to get to downtown and Canary Row without needing to drive.

We enjoyed the clean room and updated bathroom with working toilet. :) The floor was a little dirty and parking is tight for our big truck. Liked the cardless entry though they should program a less obvious entry code.
