Do not stay here. We came back from a day at Yosemite and I went to take a shower…no hot water! When we told then, they said “come back in the morning to tell the manager.” They made a comment like this happened before (so they knew.) We asked for a partial refund in the morning and the manager said, “contact Expedia, as they have your money.” Everyone just passed the buck. The manager seemed to agree that we should be compensated but made it sound as if she were powerless to do anything. We called Expedia and Expedia tried for 3 days to resolve the issue. After much wasted time and hassle, they offered only $20. What a joke. We took Expedia’s offer of $50 KeyCash instead, but we’re sorely disappointed. The place was a dump and couldn’t even give us a decent shower. They took our money and couldn’t provide the basics—no integrity to make things right either. We travel a lot and can truly say this was the worst customer service experience we can remember having.

Place was very clean and quiet. Within walking distance to several good restaurants. The check-in clerk was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the price

⚠️ Avoid This Place: A Painted-Over 1980s Motel with Terrible Showers Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Do not let the "updated" photos fool you. Underneath a cheap, fresh coat of paint, this is a rundown, outdated 1980s motel that has not been properly maintained. The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a bad, musty, damp smell that we couldn't get out of our noses. The room felt dingy and old despite the cosmetic cover-ups. The absolute worst part was the bathroom. The shower is a complete joke, tiny and the shower head is about 4' high! weak water pressure and temperature controls that were impossible to adjust. Trying to get clean after a long day of hiking was an exercise in frustration. They are charging premium prices because they are near Yosemite, but this is a 1-star motel at best. It is absolutely not worth the money. Save your cash and look for a place that actually invests in proper maintenance and plumbing.

The room was spacious, up to date, and clean. Very low shower head. Pool was under construction. No breakfast but coffee tea and juice. It has good wifi.

I don’t know if all the rooms are as nice as the one that we stayed in, but ours was beyond expectations from the pictures and price. It was very large and everything looked newly remodeled. Mariposa is an excellent town to stay in when visiting Yosemite. I would definitely stay here again. We travel a lot and like to stay in budget hotels. This one was wonderful!

Yosemite Inn was a clean and quiet hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.
