Bathroom has a little weird smell. Otherwise, great experience!

Very nice facility with spacious room, hotel staff are excellent, and the breakfast is awesome!

Staffs are perfectly courteous. Room is very clean.

Our family stayed for a week and we were pleased by the facility and service. We especially enjoyed the Buffet at the restaurant within the hotel. The manager Chris was friendly and very accommodating to our needs.

The room was clean and the service was good. However, I can only rate my overall experience a 3 out of 10 due to two major issues. First, when I checked in at 4 PM, the front desk informed me that no double rooms were available, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM. This delay is unacceptable. Second, the swimming pool had three or four children receiving swimming lessons from a coach. It was clear they were not hotel guests and had no affiliation with the hotel. This reflects poor management and lack of proper facility oversight.

Very old property. There is a musky smell in the room and corridors. Feels more like a 4 star hotel than a Ritz Carlton

The hotel is really nice and clean. The lobby is beautiful and comfy! Love the breakfast! The food were all well prepared! Extremely impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the fruit and salad! Staff members were friendly and helpful! Really like the location of the hotel! Connected with a big shopping mall, there are quite a few restaurants to choose! Definitely will come back again!
