Really like the location that's inside the airport which makes it very convenient after a long flight to catch up much needed rest. We took a flight to Vicotria the next day that was super convenient because we did not need to go outside the airport terminal to catch our flight. Hotel and flight are all in one terminal, could not ask for anything more convenient than that!

Awesome

Not one single negative thing to say about our stay. We had an unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation and decided to stay here simply due to the proximity to the airport. We were offered an upgrade to a hold room which we happily took. What a beautiful room! The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, the bathroom outstanding with its amazing jacuzzi tub, and awesome runway views. The lighting was also a great feature that you could set depending where you were and where you wanted light. We enjoy the food very much that was in the gold lounge and also enjoyed room service. Only wish we got to stay longer so we could check out the pool!

The espresso machine in the room did not work but the room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pools were tiny. The dinner in the dining room was mediocre. The location was convenient for flying out early.

Excellent staff, quick check in, comfortable and quiet rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The fact it was literally just steps away from our next flight. The restaurant was excellent had wonderful entertainment, and it was very relaxing and overlooked the runway. The room was very large wonderful bathroom area and it was a beautiful hotel and extremely clean

Very good

I don’t really think the breakfast is good value for money. I’ve stayed at many different Fairmont properties, both standard and Gold level, so I have a basis for comparison. The coffee is only lukewarm and the bread is overly toasted and hard. I can, for example, compare it to the Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver, where I stayed three weeks earlier, and the breakfast served there was better. So, for a fairly expensive breakfast, I would expect higher quality as a guest.
