Beautiful but older property that is keeping up with high standards of cleanliness and decent maintenance, but the age does show a bit. But the larger than usual size of the hotel rooms makes up for it, as does the handy shopping area and excellent little enclave of restaurants in the area. It is a little bit of a walk to the nearest subway station so it's not quite as convenient for getting around Tokyo/sightseeing as other places. But the free shuttle to Disneyland/DisneySea is EXCELLENT and makes this place more than worth it to me. It also is a direct stop on a direct bus shuttle to/from Narita Airport (which allows you to bring two pieces of checked bags for free on it) that only costs 3,100 yen one way, and that convenience also makes this place invaluable to me as a first/last hotel to stay in for a Tokyo and Tokyo Disney Resort visit.

Nice location. Quiet rooms.

Large well equipped room, friendly staff, great breakfast. The only disappointment was the fact that outdoor pool was closed and there was a fee to use indoor facilities.

This was a wonderful experience and an excellent place to stay. Koto-Ku was beautiful and had many stores and eateries within walking distance. The location was perfect for allowing one to see, hear, and feel how the locals and native people live on a daily basis. The staff at the hotel were super helpful in helping me navigate the city as a foreigner and tourist. I actually stayed at the hotel twice and each of the rooms offered stunning view of the decadent Tokyo skyline. I highly recommend this location if you are planning to visit the land of the rising sun.

Beutifull property near the tozai line so easy access to everything on the quieter district only thing is rooms a bit old but the amenities are new and the view is spectacular

This hotel may not be in the centre of Tokyo, but the public transport are within easy reach. Personally !! I would stay here again and recommend it to any of my friends and family .

The property was great for my large party(3 rooms). We had a 8 night stay and the staff were very accommodating to help us. We had left something on the airport limo bus and they help us get in touch with the company to get our package back. The Disney shuttle was free- just need to reserve a time there and coming back. They helped us book our shuttle back to narita airport (¥3100 adult/¥1550 child with seat) It was very convenient to have an airport limousine bus that was a drop off and pick up right in front of the hotel. We didn’t want to deal with trains and private cars that might not fit our entire party. So this was the best option that didn’t include lugging around our stuff. They also held luggage between our check out and our reserved shuttle. The nearest train station is about 10 mins walk away. This gave us the opportunity to find something new to eat around the area. It was less crowded and quieter than the touristy areas. there’s a couple of 7-11, Lawson, family mart nearby and along the way to train. There were food options, a supermarket and pharmacy in the plaza below the hotel . There was a money exchange machine in the hotel and we found it to give the best currency exchange rate.The standard room was larger than the standard Japanese rooms we previously stayed at. The hotel was clean, the room was clean. We have no complaints. We will stay there again if we’re in tokyo area. We loved how quiet and not overwhelming in comparison to touristy areas.

We find the hotel staff very friendly and welcoming, the only thing we thought, was the hotel shuttle could run a little bit longer throughout the day.
