Property was amazing and contacted us to verify details prior to arrival, which made the stay great. Matt was wonderful and made the check in smooth. Was very close to the train station and the shuttle to the local airport was great to have availible.

Convenient location close to station. Also very spacious room, many varieties for breakfast and nice view of the city. The elevator is fast but closes so quickly, can be a safety hazard. There was also some peeling om the walls. But overall the stay was nice.

A

clean room & easy check in highly recommend

It’s a good place to stay. But theres a lot of loud noises and the walls are a bit too thin. The ducts are also very dusty. It’s very close to a station though which is nice and is still a nice place in general.

I enjoyed my stay. I booked a double-single bedroom. The room is spacious compare to other Japanese hotels. It's slightly older but clean. Breakfast has many options. Most of all, the staffs are very welcoming and they even helped me with directions. I recommend it.

Very convenient for staying close to KIX. Great having a free shuttle service.

Staff was very helpful, property was well kept and clean, and breakfast was nice. We were told there would be a shuttle from the airport but when we called once we landed, we were told the shuttle was not available for us. The room lights were all or nothing, all on or all off and not adjustable. It made it difficult for one person to sleep while the other read.
