Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and obnoxious. I would not stay there again. The workers seem like they hate working there and just do not care.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Having complimentary hot water and coffee available 24 hours a day was a wonderful touch and helped wash away the fatigue after a long day. I highly recommend staying here!

Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel because of the consistency of quality.
Unfortunately, not this time.
Check in was okay. Staff member wasn't very welcoming. Room was very nice. Pillows were not comfortable. It was very hard to sleep because of the loud road noise. Lots of sirens all night. Next day the maid walked in on me as I was drying off from my shower.
Definitely not my favorite Hampton Inn stay.

We love Sameh Shehata, the manager. He always makes us feel very welcome. Additionally we love the breakfast and the availability of coffee 24/7.
Our room was very clean and quiet.
