Pros - Excellent amenities: comfortable bed, kitchenette (mini fridge, stove, kettle), and laundry (washing machine and dryer) - Free parking next to the hotel - Very good price quality ratio, especially if you stay multiple nights - Late check-in cutoff time for Tasmania (9pm) Cons - Location is a 15-minute walk from Hobart CBD; limited dining options nearby - Laundry is on the expensive side: AUD6 each for a wash cycle and a drying cycle - Parking gets sparse if you arrive late in the evening

Another perfect stay at St Ives. Exceptionally clean, most comfortable bed and pillows ever, fabulous staff and convenient location.

Everything was A plus at St Ives. Large well appointed room, clean, great position a short walk to Salamanca and city of Hobart. We will be back for sure couldn’t fault it. The well appointed kitchen as so handy.

Great location and walkable to salamanca markets and harbour and sandy bay shops. Room was large and comfy and coukd buy a continental breaky which was good. On sjte parkibg

St Ives is in a great location being easy walk to Battery Point restaurants and cafes. The room had everything we needed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay here again when in Hobart.
