低於平均 The lady at front desk rude, mean & cold. Please put her away from people. You need a friendly, smoky, helpful front desk assistant. Front desk is the face of your business.
Bathroom towels sand paper perfect for aligator skin. I requested one big bed & got 2 small ones.
Amazing gentlemen’s chest.

Exceptionally nice hotel and staff for the price. Not a short walk to the Jardín de la Unión (central plaza), but the walk does take you past the best street food in Guanajuato, and the Mercado Hidalgo.
