Nice hotel, good location, enough pools and easy access to the beach. From the other side, not too clean, had to ask for my room to get cleaned, pools and pools restrooms can be cleaner.

Hair in bathroom and towels. Wet throw pillows.

The carpet in the room was wet by the entry dor and there was a terrible smell of mold. We let the front desk know and because was late they told us that they were going to give us another room. That never happened. The day after they you'd us that a stuff member was g owing to bring a fan to dry the carpet never happened. At the third day of complaining a cleaning lady showed up and spyed some air refresher but it makes worse. When we checkout we let the property know about all the disconfort and they just said "I'm so sorry ".

our room was extremely clean and clean really good. the staff throughout was very helpful and friendly, the elevators were a bit hard to get. the parking was great and the nightly entertainment was really cool the karaoke

Amazing property right on the beach, with lots of swimming options. Convenient stores and bars located right on the property. Short walk to many restaurant options. Great beach facilities. Had a great family vacation!

Family friendly and nice ocean view and amenities

They had Starbucks dj bar towels for pool everything was nice ..they need new beds not very comfortable 😔 but everything else is good 😊 get new beds please ❤️

It was clean but outdated. The sheets were thin on the bed. The room had an odor. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The water in shower didn’t heat up well. You could hear everyone’s movements in near by rooms. The air conditioner made a water sound. You have to be very careful walking out on the balcony from the living room cause you can fall. However the service at the desk and the bars were top tier. That mango berry frozen margarita was chefs kiss! This will be my last stay.
