Only complain is the shower room design. There are no cover or things to stop the water from going out of the shower room. Making the toilet very wet after every shower.

不錯獨自入住
First floor has a nightclub running everyday 8pm-4am.
Vibrations in the wall and floor can be felt from their music all the way up F22.
Bath design is insane and almost guaranteed you flood half the floor if you shower.

The room at 1114 was cleaned and the bedding set everyday. The staff specially Fluke and Tom were very helpful. Fluke always greet us with a smile and was very courteous. Talks with us everyday while we wait for our Grab ride asking us how are vacation was going. He thanked us for staying at their hotel on the day we departed.

To my surprise this was a last second booking due to other hotels booked for songkran. this hotel is PERFECT for Songran located right in the heart of Bangkok, very clean and amazing staff and buffett.

不錯 I can only commend on Dom of Concierge who was very helpful and accommodating to us.
I booked for 3 people and they know that but I always need to remind them to provide for 3 sets of towels.
The room is not so clean, the water closet has stains.
The only thing I liked is the location and the service given by Dom.

Great staff and I never have any problems at this hotel. Maybe the glacial pace of the elevators, but that's all.
