Brandon and everyone else working in tandem at this majestic property were phenomenal. I was traveling with a friend on this trip however, I will return with my spouse later this year and get a canal suite. The views from the lounge area are are amazing. It is so refreshing and relaxing! The Scale doesn’t go high enough to rate this hotel. C'est presque divin !

This was one of the most well designed boutique hotels I’ve stayed at. A perfect little getaway in Brugges with an attentive staff and great location.

This was a beautiful property. Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

This is a really pleasant place to stay, staff a professional and friendly. The bar service is excellent and the breakfast first class.

Place is incredible. Loved the sitting rooms and breakfast. Thank you so much for an adorable atmosphere.

This was an amazing hotel. I booked it for my wife and 15-year-old daughter for a girls trip. It was extremely safe and they couldn't stop raving about how amazing The Hotel and staff were.

Wonderful hotel. Great location on the canal. Good walking distance to everywhere. Rooms were very clean and service was excellent!

The Staff, Location, room and Terrace were all exceptional

The place is simply wonderful, starting with the reception and its staff, whose smiles never leave their faces and who handle the check-in procedures as quickly as possible. From there, to the hotel lobby made up of several lounges, designed and furnished in a modern way that suits the historic character of the place, then to the warm and beautiful room and the dining hall. Simply put, the place creates a beautiful memory that lasts.

Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there.
