Not good

Great hotel! Staff were helpful and very friendly. Walking distance to Trafford Centre, perfect location and very comfortable. Would stay again

Great air conditioning

Reception had organised our 4 rooms to be on the same floor without us even asking! Arranged a taxi for 7 of us the following morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Dimissi in the breakfast hall was great every morning -moving furniture to get all 7 of us sat together. Greeted us both mornings with a great smile and happy attitude. Again nothing too much trouble! 5 min walk to the Trafford Centre!

Staff are brilliant Breakfast is fantastic

Room was clean. Included breakfast had hot items including bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and beans. There was also yoghurt, cereal, croissants, muffins and juices. Coffee machines were excellent. I had a couple pints at the bar in the evenings and they were reasonably priced too. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent. A little far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop called the Parkway right on the other side of the tram tracks.
