rooms are good; internet was bad; food is below average; staff are nice but lack passion, contrast to most of the tourist hotels. it's a decent hotel to stay for work (but internet was a problem), don't eat there, there are many better places. not worth the price.

The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast is included with a huge offering of many Tanzanian and healthy choices. The staff was exceptionally helpful getting us transport to the airport and with all other travel needs.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of Arusha. Good breakfast, spacious rooms and a big beautiful garden to wander through. Take advantage of happy hour in the Hatari Bar.
A few notes: Arusha is a busy, noisy city and you're right in the middle of it. Don't expect rooms near the road to be quiet. Doesn't bother us as we live in a busy city, but might bother you if you're not used to it. The front desk will arrange a driver for you to take you wherever you need to go, but there are a few decent coffeeshops/restaurants you can walk to, as well.

Nice hotel in Arusha with a pool and a decent restaurant. Rooms and property were clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
