We loved our stay here. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly; they arranged our transportation to and from the hotel via email in advance, provided excellent restaurant recommendations and walking routes, and assisted with rescheduling our departure time after a last-minute flight delay. The family room we stayed in was impeccably clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and offered an abundance of options. We found the lobby bar to be a great place to recover from long, hot days exploring the city, and our kids claim they make the best Shirley Temple anywhere. Also important: it’s in a very convenient location and has great air conditioning!

Nice clean hotel, excelent bar ..

This was the highlight stay of our italian vacation. We will always stay here when traveling to Venice.

This boutique hotel was fantastic. I especially loved the location on the Giudecca Canal in Dorsoduro, away from the main hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal and the busiest parts of Venice. It was peaceful and quiet at night, yet incredibly convenient, with easy access to the vaporetto (water bus). Between walking and taking the water bus, it was easy to reach all of Venice’s main attractions. There were restaurants just outside the door and a great gelato place within about 50 feet—always a bonus in Italy! I loved the character of the hotel. There was a lovely outdoor sitting area, a great breakfast, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were also happy to store luggage, which was very convenient. My room was always kept clean and comfortable. I really have no complaints. It’s a charming boutique hotel with plenty of character and absolutely worth staying at. Would I stay there again? Definitely. Although if I return to Venice, I might choose a different neighborhood simply for the fun of exploring another part of the city—not because there was anything wrong with this location. I highly recommend this hotel and had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe these are basic items that should already be provided. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were amazing, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices.

An absolutely outstanding 3 night stay. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately there was so many great evening food options around we didn't eat in the hotel but can also recommend it's location. Staff were fantastic too, there was nothing to dislike about the hotel, staff or location. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziano! The location was perfect—peaceful and away from the crowds around St. Mark’s Square, yet still very convenient for exploring Venice. The hotel is just a short walk from the water bus stop, making it incredibly easy to reach both the city center and the airport. A special thank you to Expedia for upgrading our room. It was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Palazzo Veneziano to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in Venice.

Peaceful location well positioned for both walking tours of San Marco and Rialto areas and access to water transport for Lido. The waterfront was the perfect antidote to Venice’s narrow walkways.

Great location near restaurants and bars but not in a really touristy. Walking distance to many of the sites.
