Great location next to Tube, shops and restaurants. Really quick to get to the West End. The room was lovely with comfy bed and nice shower. You are on a main road so quite a bit of traffic noise but that didn't bother me.

Great value for money and loved the air-con and bottles of water provided with tea and coffee in the room - ideal when arriving on a very hot day. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean and bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great - very close to tube station and Westfield shopping centre only a short walk away. Our room overlooked the busy road and amenities so there was noise into the night but, despite this, we would stay here again.

The room is big, and the staff is very helpful. I think it is worth it; it may be the best 性价比 hotel in London.

Comfy bed , great stay

Property has had a makeover since we last stayed- excellently finishes snd clean. Top floor room cosy, but no lift so with a case it's a little difficult. Otherwise whole property excellent value.

Very convenient for Westfield, staff are all super helpful, rooms are clean and prices reasonable

Very polite and friendly staff. Super convenient location. Room was ok but a few stains here and there on the bed and pillows. All very good otherwise.
