Absolutely the best spot, this was our second stay in the same room. Crystal Bay is so beautiful.

Very nice hotel, great staff and excellent location right on the beach.

Views were scenic from the room, upgrade towels without holes not enough lawn chairs. Furniture missing cushions, premises feel very old. The staff was friendly and helpful

I have been going to this property for years. The staff was very friendly, made me like it family. But every time I go to this hotel I get the flu the first night i am there but it doesn't help that the Air Con blows directly on you. The rooms need to be updated. But other than those 2 thing's the hotel is wounderful. Also they took away the free breakfast????
