Great location - 5 minutes away from train station and bus stop directly outside hotel and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room is cleaned every day. Hotel is basic and cheap, but it serves its purpose and all of the staff are lovely

Clean, simple, comfortable room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine.

This is not a 3 star hotel, more like a hostel! There is no bar or restaurant on site as stated.

This hotel is a bad choice for me. I was surprised to see the low level of the hotel despite the rank. The name of HOTEL ITALIA is a great name for this poor hotel. There was traces of blood on the bedding. They even did not use proper method to remove it (see photo 1). Heating radiator was connected poorly to the heat water pipe (see photo 2). Breakfast does not include any type of cheese.
