Excellent service, friendly and understanding staff. We arrived early and were able to check in early, hassle free. I enjoyed the use of the spa and pool. Location and price was perfect for our stay. Parking available right outside our room. The Food was fantastic, it was even delivered to our room (Great room service). Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable I fully recommend booking a room here and will definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay, and was impressed with the staff that I had occassion to interact with. While the rooms were a bit dated and could do with some work, they were spotlessly clean and comfortable. This was the third time we have stayed here and Would be happy to stay again.

Good location with Cbd in close walking proximity. Apart from spa being unusable (looked like human soup) and rooms having bad condensation overnight due to lack of aircon, would stay here again

We traveled from Auckland for a tournament in Hawera. The price we paid was surprisingly cheap! The amenities were great , the rooms were clean and tidy and had a door we could open to combine our rooms together which was a bonus . We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

The condition of our room was not good, they need a total upgrade...Apart from this it was pretty good

Nice and clean, easy to access the beach.
