Ground floor cleaning of rooms not tge best on this occasion

The staff at this hotel especially the Leisure centre staff are just amazing! The restaurant staff cannot do enough for you , breakfast was delicious and plentiful Reception staff kind , courteous and friendly Wonderful hotel made even better by the staff - thank you

room was large, bed kung size was smaller than expected, good air-conditioning. Staff were a hit miserable.

We Checked in for a two day stay, the second day the room key didn’t work, it was only programmed for one day. There was no water on the hospitality tray although there was a sign that said please enjoy our water etc etc, we weren’t aware that we would have to pay for parking our car at the hotel this was 10 pound for 24 hours, then only to get home and receive a text from ring go that we owed £3.27 although we paid £20.00 to the receptionist,

Lovely clean, fresh hotel in a great Central location neat the town center

Great pool and gym. Clean tidy rooms. Reception overwhelmed at busy times only one person on desk.

Well appointed room with a comfortable bed in a nice hotel. Just what’s needed really

Staff are amazing from reception through to the spa & the restaurant The beds are so comfortable it’s unbelievable, it’s one of the few places away from home I can sleep. Very happy with my stay, I have stayed several times and will continue coming back. The only thing I would say is that the disabled changing room / shower in the pool area needs a reallly good scrub, the first thing I have ever found to be a problem there. Apart from that 10/10 for everything else

Great location and hotel however let down with staff upon arrival non verbal almost shame first impressions count

This is a great hotel and hugely convenient when visiting Solihull. They also do an excellent breakfast.
