This is our second time staying here. We love the breakfast & the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly & helpful. Also the complimentary happy hour in the evening is very nice as well!

Work was being done on the water (which we not advised about at check-in) and coming out yellow from the tap the first night. While the room was clean, the advertised hot tub and sauna were removed and staff were not polite when we inquired. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast buffet, which was excellent.

Front staff were very friendly and super helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Main areas also very well kept and clean. Pool was fun for the kids. The breakfast was amazing with excellent food, even an omelette bar. Lots of safe onsite parking and close to many restaurants. Easy access to freeway.

The presidential suite is set up nice but could use new carpet. The master bathroom smelled like sewer and needs to be addressed.

Two different AC units in the room, one worked well and the other not so much. Bed was decent but not great. Stains in the ceiling in the room. Buffet breakfast and reception hour were nice. Hotel shower not big enough for tall people.
