Charming small hotel. Staff was excellent. Location was perfect for our purposes. After a little pushing, we were upgraded to an executive room which I highly recommend. The only thing we found is that it did not appear that they vacuumed the floors in the room very well.

很好 It was a nice hotel, small, good end of 4star maybe not quite five if you compare to say the Langham, but much better rate.

極佳 Staff were amazing and were always helpful with all of our needs, which were more than usual since we had a young baby. Great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Ideal location for seeing many of London's sights. You will not run into a better staff at any hotel.

Great one night stay, may struggle for a longer stay if you intend to be in the room. Excellent location. Comfortable bed.

Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable.
Best of all were the staff. They were very accommodating especially with a toddler and assisted with every request. My daughter wanted olives at breakfast and they made her so happy with olives each morning. Or magically appeared with crayons and coloring books when she only mentioned it to me mere seconds before if she could color but I didn’t have any with us. The staff were really exceptional. Thank you for making our trip so special.
