The room stinks tobacco, even if it was a non smoking room Not clean : a lot of disgusting sticky fingerprints in the kitchen Not enough towels, and even if I ask for more I have been told to deal with washcloths! The breakfast? Terrible ! It's just a poor snack to go ! No milk, no cereals, no chairs neither tables to eat ! Even the coffee was empty :-(

My refrigerator won’t work. My stuff in there were spoiled. It took them two days to change it. Floor had dog hair but it was cleaned after I notified the office.

Avoid if possible, staff not friendly at all they nickel and dime you for everything.

Pretty sad when the staff acts like it’s your privilege to stay with them and that you are the one that needs to serve them instead of the way it’s supposed to be. This is a nickel and dime you to death stay kinda place. Laundry is $8 a load. They don’t clean everyday or even every other day. Had medical appointments in Denver and was going to be there for a long time and couldn’t afford a regular hotel for that long. This place takes advantage of people and it’s disgusting, they could and should do better. Avoid if possible.
