極佳 It was a great stay. Nice big and clean room. Staff seem naturally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near to the centre and other attractions.
Breakfast was excellent too.
The atmosphere in the hotel was quite relaxing.

不錯與伴侶同行
The positives-,good situation( we were visiting for an event at Hampton Court Oalace)
Air conditioned rooms- heatwave in London
The negatives- room facilities were poor- no in room fridge
Only one pillow each on the bed with no extras in the wardrobe
Toiletries in the bathroom were empty including shower gel - despite asking that they be refilled during the day, they remained empty. Quite poor

Very helpful staff at reception. Restaurant staff even stayed open for a few extra minutes while we self served our breakfast as we were late arriving.

Very noisy room. There was a private party on the 1st floor right next to my room. Noise level was very high all night long. Did not get a good nights sleep.
I would not stay here again.
