Great location and affordable

Hotel had plenty of parking and is a few kilometers out of Alcala, the walk into Alcala is quite pleasant through residential areas and parks. We had a lovely meal in the hotel during the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs were not permitted in the restaurant area( not unusual in Spain) but there was an outside area and a lounge area where dogs were welcome.

Great location for me, driving from Barcelona to Portugal. The staff are always very helpful and explain things clearly.

The coffee and pastry were delicious. The staff were very friendly and the room had a considerable space.

This is our 4th stay at IBIS Garena and we are never disappointed. Helpful, friendly staff always happy to help, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Free parking a bonus with covered section if you're early. We stayed 2 nights and took the train into Madrid (30 mins) for the day and in the evening wandered down the mile-long street in Alcara de Henares full of shops, restaurants and people enjoying the space. Ideal stopover point between Santander and Almeria. Highly recommended - even has a Lidl next door for convenience shopping!

Beautiful place to stay for a few nights, 10 min walk from LaGarena station

It is a good option to stay our of Madrid and close to airport. They have good food and beer.

The bar and restaurant at the lobby offers great options for food and beverage, good flavor and quality and competitive prices. The main elevator was out of service so there was very inconvenient to use the secondary elevator because to reach it you needed yo go through 7 or so steps, being very difficult if you have luggage. We found a live cockroach in the bathroom.
