極佳獨自入住
I often pick this hotel to stay at when in Glasgow. The first reason is because it is near all the places I have to be and like to visit.
The staff has always been very helpful in catering to my needs.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast is worth paying for.
I don't drive in the city, so I cannot speak about parking, but I know the hotel always sends a message concerning where to park.
The hotel is doing some renovations at this time, but I found it still a good place to stay.

They were doing some work on one of the elevators but that was not a problem. The room was small but fine. It is well located near Queen Street station and a great place to use as a base for visiting the city.

Room was clean and refurbished. The refurbished rooms were still quite narrow and the room seemed very small. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment so amenities are not all there yet. Breakfast was nice.

The entrance to the hotel was lovely as it has been refurbished as has the bar and breakfast area, the room needs a refurbishment as it looks tired, we were woken up at 7am by a banging noise coming from the radiator. The bathroom had bits of wood missing from the door frame. We went down for breakfast at 8-45 and the food was just warm so needs to be looked at and other guests were saying the same.

Our stay here was top notch! We were greeted by Rohan who couldn’t be more helpful. He was so welcoming and friendly. We were given a free drinks voucher to celebrate my birthday and our room was decorated with balloons and a lovely quality banner!
The room had everything we needed, nice collection of shower gel and lotions etc. the view was lovely and the bed was enormous!
Joy was another member of staff who went over and above. She was so friendly and professional, so kind. The cleanliness of the hotel is spot on! So fresh too with the new renovations! I would defo recommend this place! We will be back!

The staff were very helpful looked after us really well. The breakfast was excellent. and the hotel was in a great position in the middle of town and close to the bus and railway stations
