The front staff person was polite. We stayed here after an event and flew out of midway the next morning. My husband works for Hyatt in operations. The quality of cleanliness and general condition of walls, rugs, etc was quite poor. Mold in the shower which we have pictures of. For the cost >$210 it was not great

不錯 The room was clean. The amenities are basically what everyone else gives. The workout room needed to be cleaned. The bed was firm with pillows that were overly soft, no support. The complimentary breakfast was what you normally get for a hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have really yummy waffle at breakfast. Hotel is very clean and parking area is so easy. Good destination. A lot of restaurants and markets just 3 min away

Room was dirty. Tv wasn’t working and we were told someone would be out in the morning (when we check out). Body wash was completely empty. And outlets were broken so couldn’t charge phones.
