Everything was clean. Expect loud noises from the thin walls. The stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the horrible soft bed. My back hurts so much after sleeping in it for two nights. It’s not even medium but more on the soft side.

Had a very good time was pleasantly surprised that they had a pool and a hot tub. It was very clean and well-maintained. Had a very nice time.

The Internet was down during our entire stay, not good for a work trip. Apparently it had been down for a while but we were never informed upon check-in. The room was fine. Breakfast spread is so so, not great.

All around welcoming, friendly staff, room was clean and wonderful.

Upon arriving at our room, we immediately noticed that it was not in acceptable condition. The carpet had a noticeable stain, and the sofa was slightly torn. Although we were disappointed, we decided to overlook these issues and continue with our stay. Unfortunately, our experience became significantly worse when we used the restroom. The bathroom sink was completely clogged, causing the water to back up and not drain. This made the restroom unsanitary and unusable. We promptly reported these concerns to the front desk, hoping they could be addressed. However, instead of offering assistance or a solution, we were informed that the manager would not be available until the following day. Our concerns were dismissed without any attempt to resolve the issues or accommodate us. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We expected a clean, functional room and courteous customer service, but unfortunately, neither was provided. We are extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism in handling our concerns.

Great pool outside hang out area and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Great place for kids.

Amazing stay

Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Rooms are great and to have complimentary breakfast with good food was a good surprise. Yet we were there during World Cup and it was the only hotel we have visited that same night which closed the bar so early. When we went back there was nothing to eat and no bar to sit around while all other hotels close to Levi's stadium were so well prepared and probably made more money too. That was disappointing. Many of the guests were there for the soccer games.
