Beautiful property all around. Our room was always clean. Water was replenished every time. Very friendly staff. I truly enjoyed staying at Crowne Plaza, Saipan.

Staff was so friendly and the head Chef went way out of his way. He is a keeper for sure. Had a couple check in issues but loved the room and we will be back for sure.

I Love the Crown best Hotel in Saipan. The other Hotels are Old, Dated and not kept up with. The owners are top notch people who take care of their properties

I found the staff at I Shop, the front desk and the coffee station incredibly helpful and attentive. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend staying there.
Thank you

Check-in was fast and easy, the entire staff was gracious, courteous, and eager to help, there were ample food choices, a small grocery, and on-site laundry facilities. Free access to kayak's and water activities was a great bonus. Very highly recommended.

Clean room. Beautiful view.
Food cooked looong before dinner: meat low grade, cold and dry. Selection not great. No american soup selection ?!!!
