The only drawback is that the hotel is located near a busy roundabout, but unless you open the windows, you can barely hear anything.
Easy free parking next to the hotel.
Excellent value for money, friendly staff who speak several languages.
Wide selection at breakfast.
We will definitely be back

Business friendly, however means if you are a tourist you are likely to get the not so good rooms! We got put in a disabled room, before being moved to a room with no sound insulation right above a noisy restaurant garden! TV in that room was then broken!
Location is good, and third time lucky staff got us in a room with installation and of the level booked!
Breakfast was OK, and location is good go Monza and and Milan trips.
