Very cozy rooms

A couple of the front desk staff can smile or be pleasant enough to be approachable.

The hotel is a nice space, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff very friendly. My only complaint is how incredibly loud it is inside the rooms due to both the MAX light rail, running to the south of the building, and the street car line running directly in front of the hotel. Even with earplugs, even with noise canceling headphones and music, I could hear the rumbling of the trains until they stopped running around midnight . Unfortunately, the Max trains start up again around 5:30 AM. It was a wretched night of sleep.

Check In was smooth. The room was clean and relaxing. I will definitely book again

Excellent hotel, highly professional and friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant is of special note.

Well I checked in early morning at 12:30 am she gave me key and I went to room . Someone is already there and sleeping , when I opened the door I saw clothes bags and shoes. Luckily I didn’t went inside. I just closed the door. And went downstairs, it can happen anytime, those people can say anything that was in there room to rob them/ hurt them. It was my luck they didn’t work up. I got other room but couldn’t sleep whole night. They don’t even have security latch inside the room. I have some pictures I can provide room was dirty, bedding was ok

The artwork and environment or the facility felt very modern

Beds were very comfortable. Although ear plugs were provided, they were not needed. Locating the driveway to enter was a little nerve wracking due to the amount of traffic and narrow entrance, but we located it on the first try. The valet parking was well-worth it.

Coffee bar was very disappointing. The only breakfast choices were in the refrigerated case 2 types of breakfast sandwiches, even though they had a full menu board to choose from. They offer instant oatmeal without anything - and added lukewarm warm water so I had to ask to have it microwaved. The drip coffee was like tea.
