Clean

The staff were fantastic. The room was clean, but it had a smell to it because it was. I don’t know how to explain it. There was a TV with cable there was no fridge. The lights behind our beds did not work and there was a clean bathroom and a clean washing area for an overnight stay it suited us just fine.

Rooms smelled of smoke and were not cleaned. Staff was sleeping at the desk

The room was not very clean. There was hair on the toilet seat and in the shower, and a mark on the sheets. There where brown drips on hanging rack. Things were not well maintained. The bed was two pieces of foam with a metal spring layer in between. Even my 5 month old sank in the bed. It was not comfortable at all and actually hurt my back and hips. The shower drain backed up so you had to show in a shallow bath (with hair in it). I would say, due to the bed especially, it was not worth the $120USD/$170CAD I paid.

24 hour front desk, although standing outside is not extremely comfortable in the cold.

Dirty sheets. A/C looked like it had been in a fight, sounded like it as well. Waaay overpriced room.

A lot of homeless around the outside
