Breakfast was really good with lical products. The room was spacious enough for the kids

Grate stay

The Room was recently refurbished it looked like new was basic but was a perfect base for our family of 5 really clean rooms , breakfast was nice. I would definitely come back again. The train station to Paris and Disney is just down the road. Negatives The shower is very small And no kettle in the room Over all really good though 👍

Stayed overnight. Staff was helpful. The room was recently renovated. Bed is comfy. Aircon is good. Toilet looks new but shower leaks and small. Breakfast is good with croissants, bread, ham and cheese, tea and coffee and juices with yoghuart but no hot breakfast like eggs, sausages or bacon. 16 min drive from Disney Paris. Parking is €10 and you still need to pay city tax when you arrive. Otherwise the stay is ok and we’ll be book again for family of 4

Stayed 3 nights, room was only cleaned once despite asking daily for a clean and towels to be changed. Staff provided incorrect details to access property out of working hours. Scaffolding with workers right outside our window which we were not forewarned about. Had to keep our curtains shut the whole time!

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing overall. On the first day, there was no Wi-Fi, and when we raised the issue, the manager showed very little sympathy and even seemed irritated that we complained about it. Another major issue was the air conditioning — we couldn’t control it in the room, and the centralised heating was on the whole time, making the room uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent as well, and the coffee was actually very good. Hopefully the hotel improves its customer service and room temperature management in the future.

Good location. It was clean and we appreciated kids toys/amenities in lobby. Room was adequate but no air conditioning or screens on the windows. My only real complaint is that they should send you the parking lot code ahead of check in as it was a pain to walk all the way through the lot and go back to be able to drive through.

Hotel staff were so lovely I arrived 1 hour early for check in was allowed to use toilet facilities and then was checked into my room early which was helpful I was travelling with a 9 month old and 5 year old, I was allowed to use hot water facilities for my babies bottle although it would have been better suited if there was a kettle in the room. It’s very family friendly with toys in the lobby for children. We had breakfast there was a range of items and the staff was very friendly. We found it was super clean and room was well maintained throughout. The walls are bit thin and it is a basic room but overall great stay. Very close to RER and it’s super easy to use to Disney just 2 stops 6 minutes and supermarket just up the road
