The hotel was beautifully decorated. The restaurants, the bar and the rooftop area were very pretty. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Food was good. Location is excellent. The room comfort was subpar. The sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable. Our first night the sofa bed was infested with ants. We moved to a second room which opened up to the rooftop bar where the party went on well into the night and kept us up. The second sofa bed did not have ants but still super uncomfortable. The towels were so old and rough, the sheets did not match a 4 star quality expectation. Lastly, it’s important to note that the rooms don’t have windows to the street or open area. Most face a wall and if they have a view it will be to the hotel courtyard.
