Everything was good except for the washer and dryer in the unit. Wash came out of the washer smelling like mold, and the dryer did not work. Ran a load 3 times in the dryer, and it was still set. Finally gave up and took the laundry elsewhere to get it done.

We spent one night here on our way through Las Vegas. The room was great. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. If the check-in had gone a little differently, I would have given them 5 stars.

The property is clean and the staff is accommodating. Great location off the strip. Great pool area.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this property. During multiple stays, I found the hotel to be outdated, poorly maintained, and lacking the level of cleanliness and safety I expected. The guest rooms and pool area appeared to need significant renovation and upkeep. I also felt that the front desk staff seemed more focused on promoting timeshare tours than addressing guest concerns. When I raised issues I experienced during my stays, I was surprised to learn that my reservation had been canceled overnight. I was then informed that I needed to leave the property with less than an hour’s notice, which was both stressful and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective guests to carefully research the property before booking. I hope management addresses these concerns and invests in improvements to both the facilities and guest service.
