The pool had cables a light fixture hanging in the pool . The manager did not help us at all during our stay . This was the main reason we stayed there what the manager doesn’t realize is that the pool should have been shut down anyone could’ve easily been electrocuted.

I would stay here again. The pool areas was maintained and kept clean. Room was good. Balcony was a plus. Noticed The bathroom needs upgrade the shower floors and rust at the bottom of the door in the bathroom. Parking Kind of sucks especially especially in the garage because the spaces in between cars were kind of tight. Limited parking spots at the bottom near the entrance of hotel . The area has some trap activity going on , when we were there cops had pulled someone over and drew guns at them as we were watching from the pool area and told us to step aside that was scary but other than that cookies at front desk were good my kid and husband enjoyed very much. I would stay here again.

Booked this location last minute during spring break time and it was a good option! The staff was very friendly. Limited parking though, and it always smelled like cigarettes. Bathrooms were a little dirty as well. In spite of that, very comfortable space. Pool was always full but it looked like a blast. Good overall.

Great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information whenever I needed to ask for help or directions in town.

To noisy, near by highways and AC UNITS NOT WORKING WELL

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. The bathroom sink was clogged, the room was in need of maintenance and updating, and the garage elevator was old, slow, and clearly overdue for repairs. The most frustrating part was housekeeping. We did not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, yet our room was completely skipped. When we left that morning, we saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms on our floor, so there was no reason to expect our room wouldn’t be serviced. We’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, and this is the first time housekeeping has failed to clean our room. To make matters worse, none of the trash cans had trash bags, which was unacceptable and made the lack of housekeeping even more inconvenient. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and maintenance. We expected much better and cannot recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed. Very disappointing.

Room is out dated, the entire floor was hot and the room was hotter. Door would only properly lock if you slammed it (what the maintenance person said) so when we came back after a day out the door was open with our personal items after the clean person came while we were gone. Good location, but I would try to find something else better maintained.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past and will choose this hotel more frequently in the future.

Nice clean rooms and overall property

Cookies upon check-in are always a great treat. The challenge is just that this place is old and past. It’s prime so it needs some investment to compete with more recently built hotels in the area. We only chose it because we had a last-minute trip for a College visit and alternatives were unavailable.
