Lovely hotel in a quite nice area. The family room for 4 is comically small for 4 travelers. If we stayed again we would opt for two rooms. Beside that is was a great stay.

We stayed at the Lancaster in Amsterdam for 6 nights from 2/7/26. We don't normally contribute to this kind of thing but I felt i had to say something about this hotel.
This hotel was, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. My partner suffered a broken arm whilst we were out sightseeing and the hotel staff couldn't have been better at helping us ( arranging hospital taxis and general help and concern) we fully recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again. If there was a 6/5 we'd give it. Thank you

We had a lovely stay here. The room was well appointed if a little small. Everything was comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was great. It was walkable to the busy parts of Amsterdam but in a quiet area for when you wanted to rest. Had a very nice wine selection.

L'hôtel est vraiment beah, tranquille et très agréable. Il est bien placé et à côté du Zoo. Nous avons passé un agréable moment et recommandons cet hôtel. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de notre prochain voyage

Regarding this hotel, small rooms, very small toilet and bathroom, which is not suitable for use at all, especially for elderly people.
