不錯 Check-in took over 20 mins as they couldn’t find our room. The lack of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing when they present it like it is. Rooms were mid for the price. Wouldnt stay again.

低於平均 I had a terrible stay at the Hilton in Portland the house cleaning g crew never changed my linen sheets. The sheets were soiled all the way down into the mattress! I called the front desk yes they switched my room but I was very uncomfortable because I layed in the soiled bed. I took a shower but still felt uncomfortable. This is very unacceptable. I’m very surprised with the price on this hotel very very dissatisfied

極佳 I really didn't make use of amenities but staff were a gem. They went out if the way to ensure i had quiet room & local recommendations. The room was super clean. I loved complimentary water & cookies in lobby. Next time in Maine would stay again! Close to airport & nice with complimentary shuttle service.
