Not bad to stay in for a night or two. In a pretty quiet location and staff were very helpful..cheeky that if you didn’t book direct with them that you had to pay €10 to park the car…especially as it is not near anywhere which is particularly busy. Hotel was a bit tired in the rooms but as I said fine if it is only for a night or two

Room was poorly ventilated. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not work. Staff couldn't fix it neither could give us another room. Terrible experience.

Reception, bar and restaurant Staff were brilliant. Generally rooms were clean. Mattress cover was covered with hair. Shower clogged with lots of hair. Family friendly hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast limited choice but was decent. Close to motorway with easy access about 1 hr to calais

We really like this hotel, the breakfast was very good, good location good parking, taxis were cheap to go into Bruges, we are especially liked Bavo at front desk, his English was better then ours and very helpful and knowable, he made our stay perfect!! The only dislike for the hotel would be no air-conditioning, but they do have fans and it wasn’t that bad but it was a heat wave, the staff is so accommodating! We will definitely come back!

Friendly staff that were eager to help. The rooms were a little worn and could use an update.

There was good place for kids to play and swim. But there was No air conditioner and feel damp inside room.

Restaurant menu is like cheap pub/snack food. Salad is a bit of wilted lettuce doused with greasy French dressing in a very tiny bowl. No air conditioning. The whole place needs a refurb. This is a two star property at best.

Noisy . A group of very noisy people was watching tv in the lobby until 1 am . Without any intervention from the staff .

All good nice beachwear nice pool clean room

Great stay! Lovely staff. Not much vegan options for breakfast though.
