It’s a bit interior from the main road and the roads leading to the hotel aren’t very clean. The hotel decor is nice but overall it shows signs of ageing.

低於平均 The Management were very pedantic unlike the Management at Radisson Blue in Chennai who were very flexible with the Terms and Conditions in granting a refund due to my cancellation owing to family illness. Radisson Hyderabad would not grant a refund.
Attitude and Customer Service is paramount at high end hotels.
