It is within walking distance of the tourist attractions. It must have been a luxury hotel years ago, but it could use more updates, such as USB charging ports, reducing the constant noise from the elevators for rooms located near them, and better sound insulation from people talking downstairs if you are on the second floor.

My overnight stay was the best. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Staff were super friendly. The only negative thing I can say is about the 24 inch TV. That was hard to watch

Pool, gym , staff. , spacious room , bath and closet , outdoor space! The construction noise ( hidden) in the lobby was distracting for conversation during the day We arrived after 10 pm due to flight delay No restaurant or food service available and the convenience store was too far for us to walk.. otherwise the onsite dining was fine

Staff was very nice and the hotel was located close to everything you would like to see while visiting DC

Desk clerks courteous and helpful. Clean room, nice relaxing lobby, secure parking (in/out privileges) and car can stay in parking garage until 6 P.M. the following day. Walking distance to dining and retail. Hotel renovations are very nice.

I enjoyed my stayed at the Washington Plaza Hotel. Property and staff were exceptional. Property is undergoing renovation that are needed. I didnt use any amenities but the restaurant. Food was decent. Very nice location short walk to metro stations

This is my hotel of choice when I go to DC. Its a great location for me, the rates are good, the rooms and public spaces are very clean and well maintained. The on site gym is ideal for me and the staff are very helpful.

Restaurant very good and convenient for breakfast and lunch. Tesla chargers in garage free for the price of parking. Walking distance to tourist sites.

The AC setting was perfect and quiet! Much appreciated.
