Everything was good.

The young lady working at the front desk the day we arrived and the day we departed went above and beyond. We arrived well ahead of time and asked if there were any early check ins. We had a room with 2 queen beds but she was able to find 2 double beds and honestly that was much better for my daughter and I. The hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. The service was a little slow but after a very long travel day it was nice to have dinner right there. Affordable and good food.

We were disappointed in the fact that there was only one server, bartender and cashier at the restaurant. I understand that there is new management there and that it may be separate from the hotel, but still disappointed in the length of time it took to get drinks, order meals and then wait for the meals to arrive. The gal was running herself ragged trying to provide good service to all of the folks who were waiting, some of them left before she had a chance to take their orders. I would encourage the hotel, again it may be a moot point if this is not under your control, to see about working with the new management to staff accordingly. I did not get her name but she was amazing.

Nice airport shuttle, but you have to pay for parking. They have a huge parking area.

Friendly staff, fast check in, room was clean.

front desk receptionist on thursday (6/4) around 3 pm was very rude. he raised his voice when i paused with tap instead of card.

The property was clean and safe. The staff was helpful and very nice.

A few pros and several cons with this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. However, we couldn't get through to the hotel for the shuttle and had to use Uber from the airport. Breakfast was an additional $16/person. Biggest issue was the cleanliness. We discovered ants in our room in the morning, for which the hotel offered a 15% refund. Overall we're probably not staying here again.
