極佳 The bar staff went above and beyond in ensuring my stay was extraordinarily! The room service prepared an excellent whole chicken dinner with tasty side dishes and the room service breakfast was awesome, particularly the potato ladkes and sausage!! Additionally, the ice machine on the fifth floor was out of order and one of the housekeepers volunteered to take my cooler to the sixth floor and fill it up with ice!!! Her outstanding service is commendable… she could have just told me to go to the sixth floor to get ice but she volunteered to get the ice for me! That level of service for the customer in usually unheard of these days. I’m sorry I can’t remember the housekeeper’s name because she should be recognized by management for her outstanding service!!

很好 Excellent stay! Clean rooms, spacious rooms, centrally located, and friendly staff. The only issues we had was when we ate at the hotel restaurant our waiter only checked on us once and took entirely too long to bring us our checks. Also, our room keys sometimes would not scan on the elevator. But all in all, I would return!

不錯 The property overall was very clean and beautiful. The bar service was less to be desired, it took 20 minutes to make one drink while the other sat at the bar waiting to be delivered.

極佳 This hotel is absolutely one of my favorites. They take care of every single detail. I really loved the complementary glass of wine at the check-in. The hotel is also very elegant and it smells really good in every place you go. The staff at the lobby and at the entrance is absolutely the nicest ever, we had a small issue and the lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The bar area with the guy playing piano was absolutely stunning. We had a great great experience and I gave 5 stars because this hotel really deserves it
