The front desk staff wasn’t helpful the rooms were spacious and clean

We booked two rooms, One of the rooms had a very awful odour. The entry keys for both rooms would not work on the exterior door after hours

Reviews and photos led to disappointment. They are deceptive. It is more like a clean 2 star hotel that smells like cigarettes in the rooms and lobby than a 3 star.

Easy access to transport. About 3mins walk to Toos bus stop. 12mins to Wintherthur. Very helpful staff. Clean room and has basic things you would need.

Very clean daily cleaned up

Nice hotel, our (recently) refurbished room was excellent, staff helpful and friendly, limited onsite parking. Area around the hotel was a little rough.

Thank you for getting us in on such short notice. Needed a last minute place to stay that was close to the airport and this was perfect

Parking in Switzerland is quite a challenge, for the hotel to have free parking is the best they can offer.

The room was outdated and the walls were chipping off. The bathroom door was weirdly only half shut!
