The staff was great but the restaurant in the hotel was just OK compared to all the places to eat nearby. Holiday Inn needs to step up their game. The room for 3 was too small. It included a twin and a double bed. There was ants in the room and the pillows smelled of feathery sweat.

We loved our stay at Holiday In Atrium. The room was a good size and facilities were excellent. Restaurant and bars of a high standard. The standout I thought were the staff. So happy and helpful at all times. Check in and checkout easy and smooth. The location of the hotel also good. Clarke Quay an easy walk and MRT right next to hotel if needing to catch a train.

I’m from the USA. I booked 3 rooms through Expedia and the app did not say anything about smoking or nonsmoking rooms. When we checked in, they gave us all smoking rooms! I requested a change and the front desk manager originally said they were fully booked and could not change. I explained the situation and begged. I looked online and there were still rooms available. I asked another hotel worker and he said only 2 floors are smoking and the rest are non smoking. There are over 20 floors! The hotel didn’t seem crowded enough to be fully booked. I persisted and he said they could give switch one room. I asked again and he said he could change another for $200 a night. But he couldn’t change the 3rd room. I decided to just change the 2 rooms and pay the fee. But I’m super annoyed that the manager wasn’t completely honest. And annoyed that somehow when Expedia sent my reservation to the hotel that I was given smoking rooms.

Hotel is very nice, room was clean, stuff was very nice.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was extensive. Location was convenient to local transportation.
