This is a budget hotel Don't expect much The women who work at this property are lovely the men not very much I would only consider this property if nothing else is available

It was a lovely stay - friendly staff, basic room but did the trick, great location, but I was expecting a cot for my 3 month old and they didn't have one on the first night of my stay. Luckily I had a bag that folded out into a travel cot but it wasn't ideal for a full night, especially as I had booked this hotel as it had a 'free cot' with the booking. I asked 3 times for a cot. It was put in my room on my second and final night. The TV in the room didn't work. Other than the issues with the cot and TV, it was a pleasant stay.

Very comfortable stay especially for families like ours with children. Wish they had communicated about the limitation of hot water usage we could have planned better.

Sadly, this the corridors and apartment felt badly out of date and poorly maintained. The furniture looks like it was rescued from a skip decades ago. Think old student accommodation that never got the upgrade. The sofa bed was particularly unpleasant: dirty, very small, and extremely noisy, making it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. Noise was a recurring issue. The apartment itself isn’t well insulated, and with dogs allowed, we were woken up by barking at night. The breakfast area is tiny and quickly becomes overcrowded, which doesn't makes the experience enjoyable. The only positive was the breakfast staff, who were genuinely friendly and helpful. That’s the sole reason this gets two stars, otherwise, it would have been a one-star stay. Overall, not good value and certainly not somewhere I would return.

Booked a one bedroom apartment. Was good for what we needed. Not much of a view from the room. Breakfast was excellent , loads of bread & croissants & boiled eggs. Location worked for us - 15 min walk to railway station for Monaco & ten mins the other way to the lanes area & all the little unique restaurants

Everything is not excellent but normal and good for prices

Good location within walking distance of Port Lympia and Old Town, with trams every few minutes to train station etc. Room was basic but clean and functional and was well equipped for self catering. Great price for decent accommodation in Nice.

Good facilities in rooms helpful staff and good value for money. Good location.

Great stay in a well-equipped studio, really appreciated the kitchenette and private bathroom. The location was within easy walking distance to the Old Town, to the bus/tram lines, and to local shops and restaurants. Great find!
